Congratulations to the winners of the 2018 Loyalty360 Best in Class Awards!

Loyalty360, The Association for Customer Loyalty, has announced the winners for its Best in Class Awards, which were awarded in a ceremony on the evening of October 24th, during Loyalty360’s 2018 Customer Expo in Nashville, TN. The awards recognize those that have gone above and beyond in their commitment not only to Loyalty360, but have shown a unique drive, passion, focus and commitment to their customers, their brand and to the industry of customer loyalty through their commitment to building unique and engaging customer experiences and processes that drive long term customer loyalty and advocacy  
 
Winners were chosen by the members of the Loyalty360 editorial staff, analyst, and feedback from Loyalty360 Customer Award judges, as well as the brands or solutions provider they work with. Nominations were based on several factors including Loyalty360 Award entries and nominations, interviews, analyst briefs, overall program impact, and industry and association involvement over the past 18 months.
