Powered by Punchh, the program seeks to reward the chain’s most loyal customers with incentives for repeat business. Leveraging the continued growth of the mobile space, the program is entirely contained within the Pizza Inn app, engaging users with the convenience and seamless experience often lost with the use of traditional loyalty cards.

Once enrolled in the program, members simply earn points for eating with the brand. After eight qualifying visits, the guest will earn either a free adult buffet or large 3-topping pizza. In addition to the program, the brand’s newly founded mobile presence also includes social media sharing and the ability to rate the Pizza Inn experience, giving the company access to vital consumer feedback that can be leveraged for future improvements.
