Lodgify and Airbnb Partner for Better Travel CX

Yesterday, Lodgify, the vacation rental software company, announced its partnership with Airbnb. The two-way connection allows its users to synchronize listing details, booking information, rates, availabilities and messages between the two platforms in real-time. In addition to this, Lodgify users are also able to automatically advertise their properties on Airbnb with a single click.
 
Dennis Klett, CEO of Lodgify, discussed what the organization does for subscribers who may be uninformed.
 
“Lodgify is an innovative software solution that provides vacation rental owners and managers with the necessary tools to build a professional website, accept online bookings and credit card payments, and synchronize data with external channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com.”
 
The idea behind the sponsorship with Airbnb was both about business development and customer experience. Lodgify understood how reputable Airbnb is and what possibilities were included with the potential partnership.
 
“The Lodgify and Airbnb partnership stems from the fact that our vision is always to help our customers to achieve bookings for their rental properties. Airbnb is one of the biggest and most important distribution channels in the industry, and this new connection will enable owners and managers to create a listing in one click from within Lodgify. From an experience standpoint, the partnership makes the lives of customers easier by allowing them to book properties more efficiently. Positive experiences with customers is a major focus for Lodgify as it continues its development.

Secondly, we know that one of the strongest and most important channels for vacation rental owners and managers is the direct channel. In other words, the owners or manager's own website. Currently, we do not know any other vacation rental software that focuses on building direct channel technology as much as Lodgify does. Other providers tend to be PMS solutions which focus more on administrative tasks than obtaining direct bookings. Finally, unlike many other players who focus solely on the larger property managers, we are one of the few software companies who address the needs of both single property vacation rental owners and property managers.”
