Charlotte FC recently introduced Charlotte FC Rewards, a new loyalty platform to elevate the season ticket member experience. Integrated directly into the club’s official app and powered by CrowdPlay, the program makes it easy for fans to earn points through everyday engagement with the team.
Members of the rewards program can check into the loyalty platform each day, engaging in content such as videos and articles on the app, and scanning in during the home game on March 7.
Season ticket members can redeem the points and enter giveaways for merch like boots, soccer balls, and signed kits. Other items include concert tickets for shows at the Bank of America Stadium, Dean Smith & Minty meet and greets, and other unique perks and experiences.
The app will also feature a members-only marketplace, giving fans a centralized space to track rewards and access special offers designed specifically for “The Crown.”
Registration is now open, and members who sign up early can take advantage of a limited-time promotion. From now through Charlotte FC’s home opener against Austin FC on March 7, participants will earn triple points within the platform, giving them a head start on unlocking rewards.
