And they did it because listening and customer engagement leads to brand loyalty, Kim Matlock, Senior Director of Marketing and CRM of Hard Rock International told Loyalty360.
Until June 5, 2015, Hard Rock Rewards members receive a free one-night return stay after five qualifying nights during this time period.

Guests will be issued a free night stay certificate eligible for redemption from Feb. 1 through Dec. 20, 2015 at participating Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos. In addition to the free night stay program, Hard Rock Rewards members enjoy exclusive privileges, including special invitations for Casino Players Club, room upgrades at participating hotels, property specific VIP amenities, and unlimited first-available priority seating at participating cafes.
