Increase loyalty program revenue and drive cost efficiencies across all channels. Develop and manage loyalty programs and promotions that stimulate customer engagement and satisfaction. Oversee day-to-day strategy, implementation, and analysis of $9 Fare Club and Free Spirit Mileage programs. Leverage partnerships that drive value to members, with the goal of maximizing customer acquisition and retention.
Primary Duties And Accountabilities
Develop and manage strategies that generate incremental revenue, drive customer loyalty, and increase brand awareness. Uncover cost saving measures in all new and ongoing program initiatives.
Drive a holistic customer acquisition approach that leverages multiple channels. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Partner Management, Project Management, Email/ Interactive Marketing to maximize customer acquisition, awareness and engagement.
Educate new members on program value proposition and benefits at sign-up and throughout the member life-cycle. Be steadfast in analyzing customer retention issues so that losses are minimized.
Manage loyalty program profit and loss resulting from program and partner activity. Work closely with Business Intelligence to forecast and analyze key customer statistics and trends.
Brainstorm new product ideas and current product enhancements. Document business requirements and use cases. Request and manage designs, create copy and content, and obtain approvals prior to project submission. Monitor projects throughout the product lifecycle.
Utilize internal business interfaces and reports to track loyalty programs. Create awareness of FS certificate initiatives and administer fulfillment of certificate programs. Administer and ensure accuracy of monthly partner invoices.
Work with Business Development and Partner Management to endorse partnerships that increase membership and engagement within the FREE SPIRIT program. Implement and manage all FREE SPIRIT partnerships.
