The third annual Loyalty360 CX awards were presented earlier this week, with brands including U.S. Bank, Barclaycard, and Regal Entertainment each taking home prizes. After the field was narrowed to four per category by a panel of esteemed judges, finalists were invited to give rapid-fire presentations at the 2016 Engagement & Experience Expo, powered by Loyalty360.
Chosen by a vote of marketing peers, the winners in each category were recognized during a ceremony at the Marriott City Center in the heart of Denver, Colorado.
“The CX Awards are our way of recognizing companies that are on the forefront of the customer experience industry,” said Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360. “We’re thrilled to be able to reward brands that are constantly pushing the envelope of what it means to drive customer loyalty.”
Alongside the traditional CX Award categories, 2016 marked the debut of Loyalty360’s new Marketer’s Choice Award, awarded based on a vote conducted through the 2016 Engagement & Experience mobile app.
“With the launch of the Engagement & Experience app in collaboration with Stellar Loyalty, we’re proud to add another layer of digital engagement to the show. The CX Awards are all about being recognized by peers in the field, and the Marketer’s Choice Award is the culmination of this principle,” said Carly Stemmer, Loyalty360 director of marketing operations.
