QSR brand recognized for leveraging data to enhance DD Perks personalization

CINCINNATI – Numerous brands from around the world submitted entries for this year’s Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards, but only one could be named as a Platinum winner in the Measurement category. Revealed at the 2016 Loyalty Expo, the top prize went to QSR powerhouse Dunkin’ Brands.
Dunkin’ Brands has long been respected as a trailblazer in the field of mobile personalization, but this degree of engagement is only possible through top-tier data collection and analysis. By integrating advanced consumer segmentation modeling, the company’s DD Perks app presents guests with a 1:1 experience full of offers and messaging relevant to their specific tastes.
Other finalists in the category were Ryder, Kellogg’s, and InterContinental Hotels Group, earning the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards, respectively.
