Building on his experience in the floral industry, Tariq Farid launched Edible Arrangements in 1999. Today it is one of America’s top franchise companies. Mr. Farid, still the company’s CEO, tells Loyalty360 how it all came together.

“It all started out as something very simple,” says Edible Arrangements CEO Tariq Farid. “I never thought we would get to this, but along the way, we ended up building an IT company and a supply chain company.”
