Since 2002, The Stevie Awards have recognized excellence both on an individual and organizational level. In the always competitive Sales & Customer Service group, past Stevies for Best Relationship Management Solution have gone to respected names like LexisNexis and Broadview Networks. Over the past two years, however, the category has gone to the Tact mobile sales productivity suite. Developed by Tactile, the CRM solution equips sales teams with the tools necessary to track and close deals on the go.
The platform describes itself as “entirely new, yet instantly familiar,” and boasts robust integration with Salesforce CRM. As the work of salespeople moves further into the mobile space, it’s only appropriate that technological solutions like Tact follow suit. The suite seeks to increase productivity by streamlining processes that previously ate up hours of valuable work time.
“Tact gives salespeople the ultimate mobile experience while simultaneously improving CRM adoption rates,” said Chuck Ganapathi, Founder and CEO of Tactile. “We are honored to be recognized with a Gold Stevie Award for Tact's innovation as the world's first mobile productivity suite.”
The Stevie Awards are given out based on the deliberation of 70 members of a seven category-specific judging committees. Other categories within the “New Product & Service” classification include Best Collaboration Solution, Best Contact Center Solution, and Best Incentive Management Solution.
“Entries to the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service continue to grow every year, further validating the essential roles that business development, customer service, and sales play in business success,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “The widespread support of this program made the 2016 competition that much more intense among finalists. The judges were deeply impressed by the winner's accomplishments and we congratulate all of the winners on their commitment to excellence and innovation.”
