Royal Bank of Canada Scores Hat-Trick at Loyalty360 Customer Awards

Royal Bank of Canada enjoyed a celebratory evening as it earned esteemed honors for its RBC Rewards program during the Loyalty360 Customer Awards at last week’s inaugural Customer Expo.

The Loyalty360 Customer Awards honor global industry leaders that are truly focused on building strong relationships with their customers and providing innovative solutions to create remarkable customer experiences. 

Royal Bank of Canada garnered three prestigious awards: The Platinum Award in the Customer Experience & Engagement category; a Bronze Award in the Loyalty & Advocacy category, and it secured the Customer Service Innovation Award.
