Cruise Line’s New Loyalty Program Includes Free Cruises
Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line has launched a new loyalty program that “offers free cruises when you earn at least 450 Paradise Reward Points.  You earn points each time you sail with the cruise line based on the type of stateroom that you sail in.”

Executives Are Unhappy with Their Companies’ Loyalty Programs
A new report conducted by the Harvard Business Review Analytic Services has found that “corporate faith in loyalty programs might be weakening: 58 percent of executives surveyed believe their organization’s approach to customer loyalty is ineffective. The report, which was sponsored by Mastercard, surveyed over 400 executives across more than a dozen major industries worldwide to learn more about their loyalty strategies and approaches.”

Which Fast-Food Chains Have the Most-Loyal Customers?
Foursquare’s third annual Quick Service Restaurant Loyalty Index has found that “despite the changing landscape, [its] foot traffic analysis is proof positive that it’s possible to build a dedicated fan base.” Based on several metrics, the Index found that customers of Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Dunkin’ are the most loyal.

Report Shows H-E-B is Top Retailer for Customer Experience Excellence
KPMG has published a new report that identifies leaders in customer experience. “San Antonio-based grocer H-E-B finished second to the Navy Federal Credit Union in a ranking of the top 10 US brands and was the top retailer, according to the study. Seattle-based Amazon finished sixth and Issaquah, Wash.-based Costco finished eighth and were the only other retailers in the top 10.”

Blackhawk Network has published new research which shows that “successfully-executed employee reward programs deepen employee engagement and loyalty. The research also found that most employee reward program managers are satisfied with the program’s results, and that gift cards are the most popular reward in employee incentive programs aimed at increasing engagement and retention.”
