Helping to tell the story of the artists’ life and career, Vans released the Vans x Van Gogh Museum collection on August 8th and it has been a huge hit within its customer base. For the collaboration, Vans partnered with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. The line is a mix between high art and everyday fashion and has seen skyrocketing sales since its release. In fact, in less than a week, the new design sold out at both Vans’ website and the museum’s site as well. With collections ranging from works such as “Skull,” “Almond Blossoms,” “Sunflowers,” “Self-Portrait as a Painter,” and “Old Vineyard With Peasant Woman,” the brand showcases almost all of Van Gogh’s famous works within the line.
