Evergage Expands Platform with Machine Learning Products
 
Evergage, which offers a personalization and customer data platform, has announced two machine learning products to improve brands’ personalization efforts: Evergage Decisions and Evergage Data Science Workbench. These products are designed to help companies tap into their customer data, maximize the performance of their personalization campaigns, and improve conversions and loyalty.

CVS Offers New Rewards Tier
 
CVS Pharmacy has announced that customers in the Greater Boston area can enroll in CarePass, a pilot membership rewards program offering benefits in addition to those of the company’s ExtraCare Rewards Program. CarePass offers members a suite of in-store and online perks, including free delivery on most medications and purchases, access to a 24/7 pharmacist hotline, and 20 percent off all CVS Health brand products. Members also receive a monthly $10 CarePass reward that can be used towards nearly all purchases in-store and at CVS.com. Customers can join CarePass for $5 a month or $48 a year.
