VersaPay Corporation, a provider of merchant credit, debit, gift and loyalty card payment processing solutions, today announced that it has signed a five-year, exclusive agreement with a major Canadian vacation package provider.
"With its more than $250 million in credit and debit card transactions last year, we expect this customer to increase our annual gross transaction value run rate by approximately 50%," said Michael Gokturk, CEO VersaPay. "This is our most significant customer win to date, validating our ability to serve large-scale merchants and provide competitive pricing. We continue to expand our presence in the vacation travel industry, a market that provides further growth opportunities."
