Hotel Chain Recognized for Excellence in technology-driven loyalty

CINCINNATI – Some of the most respected brands from around the world submitted their entries for the 2016 Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Awards, but Hilton rose above all others when it came to leveraging new technologies in its loyalty efforts. As a result, it garnered a Platinum Loyalty360 Award in the Technology & Trends category.
 
Hilton is taking the mobile experience to another level, turning its Hilton HHonors app into a “remote control” for the member’s entire stay. The app allows guests to book their stay, check in upon arrival, choose a room, and even unlock their room all through a sleek, streamlined interface.
