Computing brand takes home the top prize in the Customer Experience & Engagement Category


CINCINNATI – Computer manufacturing company Dell added another award to its already impressive trophy case, earning a Platinum Loyalty360 Customer Loyalty Award in the “Customer Experience & Engagement” category. The prize was awarded through a poll of fellow marketers and was presented at a ceremony during the 2016 Loyalty Expo.
 
Dell recently revamped its customer experience, making changes to its multichannel engagement efforts in the interest of creating an improved customer experience. The brand’s Dell Advantage Rewards also caters to customers of all kinds, recently expanding to include small business consumers.
 
Other finalists in the category included BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, InterContinental Hotel Group, and the San Francisco 49ers.
